AnimeAI provides an AI-powered service that transforms user-uploaded photographs into anime-style avatar images. The Service is available through our website and may include free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant AnimeAI a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your anime avatar. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after processing.

5. Generated Content

Avatars generated through paid plans are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. Free plan avatars are licensed for personal use only and include a watermark.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) upload photos of individuals without their consent; (b) use the Service to create misleading, harmful, or illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models; (d) abuse the Service through automated bulk requests beyond your plan limits.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnimeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
